    Another aspect of growth is the strategic skills of the CEO and the management team. GiANT effectively raises the skill sets of the CEO and management team and their ability to develop and lead the strategy of the company. As shown in the graph below, when companies are young, their skill set actually pulls the growth of the company upward. However at some point, it is quite common for the growth of the company to surpass the skill set of the CEO and/or management team which causes the skills sets to decrease the company’s ability to grow. GiANT grows the strategic skill set of the CEO and the management team.
